Please print the present Rental Conditions Agreement, read, sign and return it via email to reservations@casablancaliving.com

ARRIVAL
All related information regarding your rental and address of the casa along with information on how to get there are included on your invoice receipt.

CHECK-IN / PICK UP OF KEYS
There will be a representative who will meet you at the house to present you with the keys and give you an orientation of the house.

Please ensure you give us your arrival time to ensure that we are prepared to have someone waiting for you.

At a cost of $400 pesos (taxes included) you can reserve a personal taxi one way from the airport to Casablancaliving (this includes from the airport and return – maximum 4 people). A private taxi will wait for you with your name on a sign at the airport. Otherwise, you can simply pick up a taxi at the airport at the Kiosk located to the left outside of the airport.

CHECK-IN – 3:00pm – Simply advise us of your flights arrival time and we’ll arrange to have a representative meet you at the house

CHECK-OUT – 11:00am* – simply drop the house keys in the mail slot upon departing

*Departures past 11:00am will be charged a full days rental at the maximum rate of $300 as time is required to replenish the home for the next guests at 3:00pm

DAY PRIOR – The day before your scheduled departure day, a representative from Andrea Management (our rental management company) will arrange to come by to the house and check on your stay and see if there are any details that you need in order to plan your return to the airport and simply check on the status of the home.

They can easily arrange to have someone come to pick you up and take you to the airport if you don’t want to worry about arranging a taxi or transfer on your own. They will provide you with the name of the driver, the cost for the transfer (cash only) and specify the pickup time based on your flights departure

BEFORE LEAVING
DISHES – Please clean the dishes and sink before you depart to avoid ants
TOWELS – Place used towels over bathroom partician to allow to hang dry
GARBAGE – Place all garbage in plastic bags on the curb outside the front entrance of the home
LIGHTING & AIR CONDITIONING – Turn off all lighting & air conditioning, but leave the ceiling fans on to circulate the air
DOORS & KEYS – Lock all the doors and simply drop the keys in the mail slot after departing

ASSISTANCE In case of any problem (delay of plane, loss of luggage, etc.) you are urged to contact us at reservations@casablancaliving.com or call us at 999 189 0056 to ensure coordinating your arrival is smooth.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS
Our accommodations are guaranteed to be clean and ready for your arrival.. You are responsible for the cleanliness of the House during your stay and before you check out. You’re asked to use our home with care and respect, and to leave the House in the same state of cleanness as you found it, to return all furniture in their initial place, clean all and to empty the apartment from any trash before your departure. You are not asked and you are not required to wash the linens and towels.

We do request that no patio furniture cushions are ever left out when you leave the house as rain can come quickly and may cause damage to the cushions, which would result in withholding some of the deposit to cover for their repair or replacement.

The agency, in case of a major problem (death of a close relation to the owner, water flood, etc.) can change the accommodation to a similar standing or superior category. The guest shall reside in the premises only as a temporary residence and shall not engage in any commercial, illegal, nuisance, dangerous or other activity that could embarrass the House or cause the House to receive complaints from neighbors. The premises shall not be occupied or left in the care of anyone not listed as a guest or renter.

The agency shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage to guest or guest’s property or friends, other than as a result of agency’s gross negligence. Guests must immediately notify agency if locks or doors or windows are not functioning properly.

DEPOSIT
All reservations require a deposit of 50% (fifty percent) which is specified on your bill.  By your signature you authorize Casablanca Living to be paid the said deposit and to be paid for damages caused to the House during your stay.

The Security Deposit authorization you signed shall be cancelled after inspection by the agency and agency determines that no damage, loss or injury (other than from reasonable wear and tear) has been done to the premises or property therein.

We remind you that before inspection by our agent at the day of departure you shall leave the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

RERSERVATION
An account of 25 % of the bill is required at the time of booking your reservation and the remaining balance has to be paid in full one month before arrival. For all High Season rentals, the deposit is 100% plus the deposit of 50% (fifty percent).

CANCELLATIONS
In the event that Tenant cancels the reservation for any reason, a $300 USD cancellation fee will be charged.

If the cancellation occurs at least thirty (30) days prior to the Check-In Date and Owner is unable to re-rent the Rental Property by Tenant’s Check-In Date, Tenant will be liable for fifty (50%) percent of the rental costs.

If the cancellation occurs less than thirty (30) days of the Check-In Date, all monies paid by Tenant will be forfeited if the Rental Property is not re-rented by the Check-In Date.

The owner will make all reasonable efforts to re-rent the Rental Property by the Check-In Date. We encourage you to buy travel insurance at the time of booking in the event you must cancel and forfeit funds.

Note: In any event, all cancellations must be made in writing via e-mail at: reservations@casablancaliving.com there is no exception.

PERSONAL TRAVEL INSURANCE
